Although our product has undergone comprehensive testing in clinical trials before obtaining market approval, all information related to its adverse events cannot be obtained until the product has been used by a large number of patients for a long time. When reporting an adverse drug event, please provide as much of the following information as possible:
Product Information: Product name (brand name); What condition is the product used to treat? How did you use the product (dose, frequency, route of administration)?
Adverse Event Information: Please describe the suspected adverse event, including the date of occurrence. Did you recover from the adverse event? Do you have any other discomfort currently?
Patient Information: Gender; Age, date of birth, or age group (e.g., child, adolescent, adult, elderly); Address; Contact information.
